Quality Policy

The Management of Smalvic S.r.l. is committed to a Quality implementation process at every company level, in compliance with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard.

The main objectives are:

  • the spread of its products
  • the respect for the context also for social and environmental aspects
  • the compliance with mandatory requirements, such as for example EU Regulation 2016/426, EU Regulation n. 1935/2004, EU Directive 2014/30, IEC EN Standards and applicable standards for the countries of sale;
  • the continuous improvement of the performance of its business processes;
  • the full satisfaction of the Customer and of the interested parties;
  • the improvement of supplier relationships and performance
  • the creation of a corporate culture oriented towards continuous improvement
  • the sharing of ethical aspects between Customers and suppliers.

    The General Management therefore proposes to:

    • increase the prevention activity in order to reduce the costs of non-quality, given by Customer reports, through corrective actions;
    • optimize management processes in order to increase the competitiveness of the company and the market opportunities;
    • optimize relations with suppliers in order to make them participate in the objectives set;
    • monitor Customer satisfaction through specific methods established in the Management Review.

    For this purpose, a Quality plan is annually prepared which defines Smalvic S.r.l. ‘s process objectives (Quality Plan and Objectives)

    COMMUNICATE THE QUALITY POLICY
    It is the will of the Management to communicate the Quality Policy to all internal resources, this is done through display on the company bulletin board and feedback through internal audits.

    The same policy for the purpose of continuous improvement is also transmitted to suppliers deemed strategic.
